Thomas A Becket

About

The Thomas A Becket is a sophisticated but relaxed dining pub, offering home-cooked meals and fine pub fare from fresh local ingredients sourced daily - including local meat, baked goods and real ale.

Story

At The Thomas A Becket we pride ourselves on sourcing quality local produce for our home-cooked menu, which is why we serve some of the best pub food in Worthing.

With two bar areas and a 'snug' reading room where we offer casual table service, this is a wonderfully eclectic place to enjoy a great beer.

As one of Worthing's best family pubs, The Thomas A Becket welcomes children (until 9pm) and even the family pet, dogs are especially welcome. There's a play area to keep the kids amused too.

Came here for dinner, had really good experience. Service was amazing Holly May, Reese and a few other girls. Food was so delicious especially the brownie with buffalo milk ice cream! Will definitely be back.
Four of us ate out at the Beckett last night. A veg curry, chicken burger, bacon burger and a steak, all were delicious and well cooked. The staff were attentive, polite and happy, we'll definitely be going back. Thank you.
Just went for lunch and a beer.. can recommend the Camden IPA and the salted beef toasted sandwich.. yum! Yum!
Cheeky tipple before last orders. Friendly staff & simple precautions.
Nice pub and a friendly atmosphere. It's a Fuller's pub and has the normal Fuller's beers. The food is good and has a good selection for kids kids menu and vegetarians. They are also very good about food allergies. Not the cheapest food, but good quality ingredients.
The Sunday roast was not brilliant, beef was very fatty. The woman at the front of house was very loud and annoying
