That's twice I've used thistle taxis into Kilmarnock lately. I'm not very good at walking and the two drivers I got were so helpful. I would recommend them.

Rubbish service phoned for a 7 seater at 25 past two yesterday came to quarter to call back said no 7 seater available so told me sebd a normal one out still no taxi by 3.15 which resulted in me being late to collect my daughter's abso rubbish service and wont be getting from there again

It really is a hit or a miss with this firm. I use them a lot for airports and various other functions. They quite often just don't show or turn up early at events and just take the first person to jump in the cab. I normally book in advance and they either turn up late or about 20 minutes early. submit comment 1000 characters left

Call centre staff are extremely rude. The app doesn't work. Drivers are creepy and demand more money than agreed. Avoid!!

Very helpful and great customer service. I have a regular booking with this company and when unexpected circumstances occured and I had to cancel several pre booked journeys, they refunded the unused journeys straight away, without question. The girl I deal with in the office is helpful, efficient and understanding and I'm very happy with their service. Will definitely be using them again for further pre booked journeys in the future.
