First time in there. Can't complain at all. Friendly service and excellent haircut
Been going to there for 3 years and it was fine, before about 6 months ago the barbers have changed and last time I went there, the barber was using flames which made my neck red after I got home, and they don't clean trimmers after a person before me but other barbers do. So overall it is OK, but depends on a barber.
Want to thank these guys for their honesty - my husband left a whole bunch of keys, house, both car keys, business keys etc at their barber shop for over a month without realising where he’d left them. As soon as he went in for his haircut they recognised him straight away and handed them over. We are so grateful and he had a great haircut too! Thanks!
Husband went here for his haircuts for a few years when we lived in England. It’s the only place he’d go. The base haircuts were awful and overpriced for what you got. It was worth his trip out to Thetford just to come see these guys. He also bought his hair products from them as well and loved it. Haven’t been able to find anyone he likes as much as them since moving away about a year ago.
Have used City Barbers around the corner for a cheap cut before, but the good reviews steered me try these. But what a god awful place. Unsure whether the guy who cut my hair has done many trims, but he's left mine in a right state. Twinned with the terrible stink of body odour and stale cigarette smell, it was an experience I wish I could forget!

Nice guys and they lay on the service with free tea, coffee, hot towel etc. but one of the worst haircuts I’ve had locally. Only tried here because my usual was so busy. Guess next time I’ll just have to wait...
I took my 6yr old grandson for a haircut. They did a great job
Absolute worst hair cut I've had in years. I told one guy what I wanted and another came and cut my hair, which should have been my first clue! Now I'm left with a choppy mess that I did not ask for. At least it's winter so I've got an excuse to wear a hat! Will not be visiting again.
