I have been travelling from London for over 10 years to have my hair cut and coloured by KerryAnne. The salon has such a great atmosphere and all the girls are really friendly. Great place to go for something fresh and contemporary, highly recommend!

Been twice, my first time I called up and was asked who I wanted to do my hair upon booking an appointment and I said I wasn't sure seeing as I hadn't been before. She said she'd just book me in with someone and I got a woman who didn't even tell me her name... Not particularly friendly either although I appreciate some hair dressers like to concentrate. Hair cut was fine but I booked a cut and dry, instead got a dry cut and was charged more than expected...To try and check prices again I went online but couldn't find anywhere stating prices. 

Second time I went I got the same woman, still not knowing who any of the other salon workers were, this time she burnt my scalp and kept hurting my recovering ears with the hairdryer, blowing it directly into my ears instead of at an angle like most hair dressers do. She didn't turn it off when I was pulling away and trying to communicate I was uncomfortable. Afterwards I said my ears were sensitive and In pain and I didn't get a response. Honestly the whole second trip made me want to cry as I was pretty much ignored again. Still don't know her name and I won't be going back... Yes I should probably have been more assertive but honestly, both of the appointments I had felt really odd and uncomfortable...

Realy poor customer service! I was waiting1 hour then someone had booked visit and lady let me go with my boy before her daughter and they dont let as next appoitment was made! U could just say that from 10 am you are fully booked in! Time wasters! Would never come back as you are time wasters!
