Thea Caffea is a sofisticated and traditional English Tea Room. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. They have its own secluded gravel courtyard with outside seating ideal for the summer months.
Wonderful gem to visit. Friendly staff, bright & pleasant tea room, with abundance of teas, delicious bites and sumptuous cakes. Lunch here is worth the visit for high tea or a light munch between shopping. Eggs Benedict here, personal favourite.
Be sure to lookout for the sign. It's tucked inside an alleyway with a cobbler next to the entrance. The scones are magnificent and with the ambience is suitable for afternoon tea.

Love this place. Lovely feel, very relaxing and almost like a trip back in time. Food always excellent, with some wonderful tea combinations. Its different but in a good way.

Very nice to have real tea in a teapot along with a strainer. The open sandwich was very tasty with a side salad. Very polite staff. Nice and clean with a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
What a shame this place is closing down on 12th july. Best cafe in town. Food always good and staff always friendly. It will be missed. Best wishes to all the staff, who have lost their jobs, for the future.
