Lovely hotel, beautiful setting. Staff were very helpful and friendly.nMy one disappointment was our room in an annexe,  didn't have an opening window. The room was very hot and stuffy overnight.nThe breakfast was delicious.

The service was great.nThe staff were friendly and helpful.nMy room was clean and comfortable.nThere were no food options for evening meals as the kitchen was having a refurbishment,  but there is a foody pub just over the road.nGreat place to explore the area from if you have your own transport.

Brilliant burger. Room was a tad hot on arrival. Teall6 good option for a short stay. Friendly staff

Hotel turns off heat to the entire hotel rather than let individual rooms control. Even when the temperatures at night are around 10 Celsius. They brought us a portable heater about an hour after we asked for one, but it didn't radiate much heat and left us cold overnight.

Lovely hotel.beautiful settling lovely staff will go again.
