Great stock, good range of products. Too much merchandise making it tricky to move around the store. Many frustrated customers complaining about lack of space.
A really great store with lots of interesting books, stationery and arts and crafts bits. Great place to fine stuff to entertain the kids at home as well as for the amateur artist. The store is well laid out as is easy to find what you are looking for. There can be some really great bargains to be had.
The space in this place is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no room to get passed people which is super annoying.
Love this shop. Always has pretty much everything I want/ need. The unit itself is quite small so on busy days it's really, really hard to get around with a pram because of the way the stock is set out, sometimes I don't go in at all because its too busy but usually people are helpful and shuffle out of the way if they see I'm having difficulties getting about. Staff are usually busy stocking shelves or moving stock about so sometimes there's a little wait at the till but I've always had polite staff who have apologised and to be fair, it's a shop so I expect to have a little wait sometimes. Nice easy access from the front of Eldon Square.
Good selection of discounted books. Also good for bssic art materials. It's not easy to move around because the aisles are narrow. Staff are pleasant.
They have some cool summer products. Last week I bought BBQ grill from the shop and the quality of the product is great. The works is a lovely store with really cheap prices for quality products.
Lovely experience. Since, Christmas around the corner shopping becomes mandatory. Amazing shop offering huge selection of options. Staff is very helpful. Will be visiting again soon.
As always great choice to pick from, bought some crafting items for the kids and as expected they live them. Highly recommend for off the wall gifts
Always have a good selection of stationary, lots of books, arts & crafts & small toys for the under 10s.
A lovely store with great bargains. My children love shopping here.
