“I would highly recommend The Workplace Depot Company from my experience. We ordered some racking units that all arrived together except for one package that was to follow why I don't know, however on delivery of the last page is was heavily damaged in post/delivery transit & this was not the fault of The Workplace Depot but DX delivery. The delivery chap was ok even took photos of the damaged delivered box & loose items that had come out of the box. The DX delivery chap did say sorry but that was how it was  on his van.nWith this I ammediatly contacted The Workplace Depot with regards to the my purchase & they could not be anymore helpfully & a replacement package was sent on next day delivery at no cost with an appolagy even when it was not the fault of the supplier who is clearly out of pocket with a replacement package due to delivery issues.nIt's really appreciated when a company like The Workplace Depot go to such efforts & high standards for Custer service.nI would like to thank The Workplace Deport for all the prompt replies & actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction is top of the companies objectives & standard that we come first Thanks.nI will definitely buy from again.nJust to clarify to any wanna be buyer from The Workplace Depot Company new package was sent undamaged next day delivery. *****

I would highly recommend The Workplace Depot. They are competitive on choice and price, and have a very good website and ordering process. The item was delivered next working day as promised. Although the item had minor damage, the customer service support was excellent, and a new item was despatched within 2 hours, and again delivered next day. Very professional service, I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I ordered a bollard from the workplace depot for a job I had. I did not receive the bollard despite a picture taken on my doorstep. I have now had an ongoing dispute for the last month. Nobody has taken any responsibility. I have been made to feel like I am in the wrong. Extremely disappointed with customer service. I will never be purchasing from these again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. I’m now £125 out of pocket.
