I've not even visited this place, but i can confirm the customer service is top notch.
With little knowledge of crochet or knitting in general, i rang to inquire whether they sold any pre-made baby crochet outfits. 
When they said they did not, Ana and Stephen asked what i was after and put me in contact with someone who could make what we wanted at short notice.

I was not even a paying customer and they went above and beyond to help me.

The best place in Milton Keynes to buy what you need for knitting! Staff always helpful and if you really struggle to choose something they will tell you what to do !

Fascinating wide range of interesting yarns sourced all over the world, competitively priced compared to London prices! Ana is very creative (see her paintings and wool creations) and gives lessons in knitting and crochet. Her knitting club meet-ups are very popular - regulars drive up to 50 miles across country to attend every week.
