Really lovely restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Came on a Sunday afternoon and were seated straight away. Had super lovely and attentive service. Vegan and GF menus are available. Food took a little while to come out but definitely worth the wait. Portions are large and excellent dishes. I had the Tabbouleh salad and added sea bass and it was delicious and light, but filling. We also ordered the vegan burger, parmesan salmon fillet and the sea bass main and all really enjoyed their dishes. Would recommend.
Good food, nice size and hot. Nice drinks with various choices. Nice location with good environment just next to River Wye. Just few steps next to Bakewell Bridge Car Park, if full can park at Smith's Isand Car Park just 1 minute walk. If your puppy is active and curious, better sit at outside area.
Very convenient location, located beautifully just next to the river.nWalking distance from the city center and public car parks.nSince it was nice sunny weather, we chose to sit outside. Interiors are well decorated and also it has clean toilets.nStaff is friendly and quick to support. Service was quick.nWe had four cheese pizza and garlic bread. Food was very tasty and served piping hot.nHighly recommend the place.

We were visiting Bakewell from the USA for the first time. We were recommended to eat here from a local. A quick beautiful walk and the restaurant was close to the center of town. The staff were friendly and very kind. We ordered several drinks- every single one was so delicious. The P***star martini and the eggnog was quite literally the best versions of the drinks I’ve ever had and I don’t like eggnog. The portions were huge and all the food came quickly. For appetizers we got the chicken liver parfait very good- a novelty for an American and a soup. For mains we got the fish and chips, the mushroom pie, a steak and ham pie, and a seasonal Christmas panini. Everything was so great- we were so full. After a while we ordered more drinks and a dessert. Would definitely recommend here and would come again!
