Great service & excellent food at good prices. Free local delivery over £10. The Hoisin Duck pizza is a combination that sounds odd but works surprisingly well. Their buffalo wings are probably the best I've had outside the States, and the side dishes are outstanding. Top notch all round.
Absolutely dreadful. Had a huge and sharp piece of plastic in the cold and distinctly average meal and cut my mouth as a result - this could have been far worse if swallowed. The ‘manager’ came to pick the plastic up promptly and from then on was as good as useless. Doing everything to pass the blame onto the companies who make but don’t assemble all of their food. We progressed from that to pretty much pretending it didn’t happen. Quite frankly I’m disgusted. I was promised contact from the owners but it’s been over two months now and I have still heard nothing. AVOID!
Disappointed really, ordered food a few weeks back specificly, pad tai wings, some cheesy loaded fries, and salt n pepper wings, we were told the delivery time wouldnt be longer than an hour but after an hour i rang up to find out that they were very busy, wich is understandable,but on the phone told me my order would be out soon, we had to wait almost another hour to receive our food, which when it turned up was not hot and the order was changed from pad tai wings to sweet chilli wings, unhappy we rang up to be told that they didnt have any pad tai wings in and apology’s for the temperature of food, but i did state would of loved to be told they changed my order when we rang up. Hungry we just ate food and thought maybe not order again. But the cheesy fries are amazing and thought maybe a one off and give another go, so ordered sat night, specificly asked for pad tai wings,as our order was changed last time, which the lady assured us and asked the chef if they had them, to which we were told definitely got them,and how long would the order take, we were promised under an hour, and it did come in 45 mins... however gutted the wings wernt pad tai wings and in my burger did find a long hair, don’t normally complain and probably wouldn’t of this time but it’s happened more than once now, would still probably order again but just for the cheesy loaded fries as they are great
Better to deal with online than on the phone, guy on the phone tonight was so rude. Rang to see where 1 meal was after it was not delivered with the rest. I waited an hour after everyone else had got their food and eaten it to be told "well don't bother ordering from us again!" And hanging up the phone. Just plain rude. Never had this service before and no previous complaints but this experience has now put me off ordering or reccomending to others. Highly disappointed
Had never heard of this place until the leaflet came through the letterbox. I was impressed by the quality of the food and at how well priced it was. Delivered to the door by a guy in a Werewolf costume too.........It was Halloween though.
Second time I've ordered from them and the second time they were late. The food was cold and the burger bun was soggy from being left for so long. Not happy with the service or food.
Order was half an hour late, the lettuce in my burger was brown and soggy! And the chicken made me ill. Really disappointed.
Food is amazing some off the stuff sounds a bit odd but if your dering to try it it will supris you and a desont price to not your avrige take away
Excellent pizza and churros. Lovely selection of sides. More variety than your average takeaway.
Food was virtually cold and late due to going to wrong address, ingredients seemed poor quality. overall not impressed.
