First visit and will be back! Excellent service from very friendly hosts, all helpful and happy to chat. Food is beautifully cooked and flavoured, with decent portions too. Emphasis seemed to be on flavour not just chilli heat which is a refreshing change. Restaurant was clean and tidy with pleasant decor. A really pleasant evening. Thank you! Parking: Plentiful
Food was good and delivered with speed, not much waiting between poppadoms, starters and mains which was nice. Only thing that let it down was the drinks, the wine was not very pleasant and the lemonade had little taste. Would go again for the food and just stick to Cobra's.Food: 4/5
Absolutely fabulous evening of dining . Fantastic Food , great service and atmosphere. The Chilli vodka was something to behold, and boy was it HOT...13.2 million scovilles ? Top marks to our host Leeneth who ensured a great time was had by us all. Highly recommended . Kid-friendliness: Our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed her first authentic curry . Very kid friendly .
Disappointing to say the least. Everything was stone cold so I had to reheat. The mushroom rice had zero flavour, the cheese and garlic naan was tough as old boots, the sag paneer was tasty, the pashwari naan tasted great in the middle but there was so little coconut etc and so much bread that it could hardly be described as peshwari naan. The chicken tikka was ok but mainly because of the strange green sauce no idea what it was but it tasted pretty good but the tiny and frankly sorry looking plastic bag of salad was so soggy and looked like it was two days old that it instantly went in the bin. We had so been looking forward to ordering after all the great reviews but it really wasn’t great at all. I’m now curious as to whether we caught a bad night or it really is all hype and no substance. Possibly the most disappointing take out ever. Very bland, lukewarm at best and just overall not great. Sorry but it’s a no from me and, I hate to say it but I’ve had better from the supermarket.
Last visit few years ago was dear and not great value..... tonight... amazing. Good value for money. Fantastic food. 5* Parking: Large car park
The Agra Indian Restaurant is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with a simple yet excellent selection of authentic Indian cuisine dishes. Meals are very tasty and of a generous portion size. The waiter and waitress staff are really friendly and helpful and get your order right first time, which is rare in busy restaurants these days. The Agra is definitely a place to eat.
I usually get takeaways from Agra but decided to treat the family for a sit down meal. The food all round was excellent, busy restaurant with a great feel of the place on the night. The staff were polite and attentive. All in all a great evening.
This was our first experience here and it was lovely. The food was great and the service very good too. Will definitely make this our go to restaurant. Recommended A+++
Great food with a diverse menu. Plenty of choice for every palate. Will be back.
Ordered a takeaway Saturday the 10th December and to be honest it was dreadful it was cold the chapati’s were dry and overcooked the Korma was too thick and tasteless and the Rogan Josh was the same very disappointing
