Fairly impressed by the wine list they offered ranging from affordable ones to great burg like PYCM, Gerard Mugneret- and mark up was very reasonable compared to other wine bars in London in my opinion. Not sure if these wines will be still offered, but I am sure they will have more interesting wines later. Staffs were very nice, and charcuterie board was very decent- especially the bread that came along with it. Highly recommendable.
I was excited to visit here but left a bit disappointed. It was pretty empty, quiet, cold and smelt very damp which I guess comes with the exposed brick. The staff were not hugely welcoming and it seemed like they didn't really want to be there- I felt I was annoying them by asking questions about the wine. Considering all the other wine bars in London, I probably won't be back here in a hurry, sorry! Visited Saturday 21/09/24
I am thrilled to have discovered this place with its lovely atmosphere and an extensive wine list featuring a great selection of wines. The two cheese and charcuterie boards were fantastic, but please note that they do not serve full meals. I highly recommend this spot for wine enthusiasts looking for a cozy and intimate place to enjoy a glass of their favorite vintage.
Hands down the best wine bar in London. I have been a regular for nearly a decade. It is a wonderful spot, with very passionate and learned staff and a great selection of wine. It is always a recommendation I pass to friends.Food: 5/5
Did not try food but wine selection is on point. Especially red!Service: 5/5
Come here for the wine, immediately a firm favourite!! A fantastic place, such interesting and delicious wines! Let you taste a lot and knowledgeable staff. A wonderful atmosphere and not too busy like everywhere else around here and no blasting music like literally everywhere in London these days. The food portions were just a bit stingy for the price. Even the larger sizes are just taster portions really. But otherwise great so I'll forgive you for that
Great wine tasting experience on a Monday night. It was super quiet as it was Monday but we were given some bonus sparkling wine while we waited for others in the group to arrive. There was a projector that showed information for each wine we tasted and we were given lots of time to discuss and chat between tasting each wine. A flavour wheel and a list of the wines we tasted provided. All the wines we tried were delicious and you get 10% off them at the end of you wish to purchase any. Our charcuterie board was also delicious and they gave us lots of bread to snack on too. And a bonus sweet wine to finish! It was informative but still relaxed and casual, and the pouring is generous! Definitely recommend.
Super amazing gem! Went with my friend and had a charcuterie board and two glasses of the lucky dip wine where the servers pick the wine the service was impeccable and even gave us recommendations of where to go next !Food: 5/5
It's a great place to sample a fine selection of wine in a very relaxed atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Limited selection of wines in a unique location staffed by friendly and helpful folks. Worth a visit and your support. We had a go with a Swiss Pinot Noir by the glass which was a first for me. Great experience. We also picked by a couple of Burgundy’s for the road.
