I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team at The Willows. Thank you. Two small words but they mean so much. Since I was little I have been terrified of going to ‘the dentist’ nothing to do with this team. However, The Willows have gone a long way to helping me overcome this. Just days ago I woke with awful toothache. Just days before Christmas. Not expecting to be able to get an appointment I phoned asking just for advice. The help, kindness and appointments were extraordinary from the whole team. So Smehna, your dental team and the reception team, thank you. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. Both for helping me overcome my irrational fear from an experience from childhood and of course for all your help as a wonderful dentistry team. You are all brilliant. I am always incredibly grateful but especially being seen so quickly so close to Christmas. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year. Two small but heart felt words: thank you.
Dentist very clear, helpful and friendly. Treatment room always spotless and hygienic. Reception however would definitely benefit from some customer service training and should ensure they speak to patients with respect!
During a regular check-up my dentist noticed a lesion on my lip, took a look himself and referred me to a maxillofacial unit at Leighton Hospital. This needed surgically removing and thankfully all is now fine. Not only is he a very good dentist but he took the effort and time to refer me for additional treatment for which I'm extremely grateful. Can't recommend the practice highly enough for their all-round care and attention to detail.
The most lovely dentists - all the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. My daughter who is not a fan of teeth cleaning or dentists! has responded so well to the care of Haniyya and I really hope she stays at The Willows, as she's such a huge asset!
Usually nervous around dentists but not with Matt who is very reassuring and competent. I have just completed an extensive programme of cosmetic procedures which were discussed and explained thoroughly. I am delighted with the end result.
After going through some intensive treatment recently, I only feel right to let everyone know about my experience. After a detailed description of the planned work to take place HaniyyaDentist, was able to answer any questions and concerns. Appointments made around my shift patterns at work, and no problems making appointments to suit around the time of day. Appointment slip printed at reception with details of date & times. YinkaAssistant, always greeted me with a happy smile and a lovely laugh. Treatment room always spotless and all staff kitted out for Covid prevention. Once sat in chair, the treatment was always explained and any questions always answered professionally. I cannot recommend the Willows Dental Practice enough, the staff, the cleanliness and finally their help and professionalism. "Keep Smiling "
Recently went to see Haniyya for a check up.What a lovely dentist she is.She explained everything so well and suggested while booking me in for a small filling that she could do something about my chipped and worn front teeth.Was absolutely stunned with the brilliant work.They look like brand new teeth.
I have spent quite a long time in the dental chair recently and have been looked after very well by Emma and Sharon. They showed total care and consideration and checked if I was OK regularly. Nothing too much trouble, good advice given. Highly recommend them. Thank you.
I’ve had a few appointments here and have always felt at ease during treatments. Reception staff are lovely snd my dentist Dr Haniyya Shaikh is also very helpful. Much better than my previous dental practise
After my previous dentist let me down I attended this practice for an appointment and had a great experience. Dr Haniyya Shaikh and the dental assistant were very kind and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment.
