21 April 2023 Four of us stopped for lunch today. The menu had plenty of choice, but, being Friday, we all chose fish, chips and mushy peas. The portions were just right   and a generous serving of fish was excellently cooked. Even better, for a Yorkshire man, was the.price of £9.95, absolutely brilliant value for money. The four of us have no hesitation in recommending the White Swan to anybody.  Food & drinks: Excellent .

Staff did a great job. Beer exelent. Bed comfortable. Shower could do with a bit of bleach. A sofa would be nice rather than the two hard chairs. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

First time at The White Swan. We were made very welcome. Meal portions were huge, the lasagne was very tasty. Drinks and food prices very reasonable. Would recommend.

Didnt book. Warm welcome. Fantastic carvery. Generous portions of meat. Tasty veg and gravy   reasonable price. Would definitely  come again.

Quaint pub in the heart of the village. Friendly staff and a great pint. The meals are fresh, hot and tasty but, for me, the huge portion sizes are a bit daft. Seems it's the trademark of this place so, if that's your thing then you'll definitely enjoy. The prices are all very reasonable.

The food and service here is brilliant, I cannot fault it. The lady who served our party of 7 + a baby really made sure we had everything we needed. The food was lovely, with great portion sizes and that home cooked feel about it. You can tell the chef cares about what goes out from the kitchen. The value is very good too

We had a lovely meal at the White Swan in Hunmanby while staying nearby on holiday. Great choice of food, portions were generous and tasty, the staff friendly and helpful...it was a really good traditional pub. Great value for money too...highly recommend it. We will be back! Thank you.

Called in without booking for a party of 6, staff are friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and was proper home cooked food, delicious and the portions are very generous. Would definitely visit again if we are in the area
