So; whilst searching for another wedding dress for another daughter, this place’s name cropped up again. We wouldn’t dream of crossing the threshold of this pretentious, snooty establishment after our experience in 2015. Interestingly this shop has managed to pursue Google to remove my previous review. That tells you everything....Only 5 star glowing reviews get through here.

I arrived at the White Room at quite late notice in the grand scheme of things, and Rachel & Lesley were brilliant from start to finish. I went thinking I wanted a certain type of dress, but it didn't give me the 'wow' factor so they asked if I minded if they picked something. The dress they picked was absolutely stunning, made my sister cry and made me feel like a complete goddess in their boutique and all day long on our big day. The ladies, and their seamstress, Judith were really accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. They made it so fun, exciting and most importantly stress-free - I can't thank them enough, or recommend them more highly.

I had a wonderful & magical experience from Lesley and Rachel at The White Room. Other boutiques couldn't come close. The range they stock is stunning and their customer service is exceptional. They made myself and my guests feel completely welcome and at ease. They selected a Suzanne Neville wild-card dress for me - which I wouldn't have considered on my own - which made me speechless and guests cry. After that, nothing I chose could compare so their experience was clear to see. I can heartily recommend them to any bride to be!
