I visited the White Rooms yesterday for the first time for well overdue Botox, and would just like to say what a spotless place this is  No tackiness here! This place is also so calm / relaxed, my type of atmosphere. I will be going back for more than Botox. Thank you Cathy for the treatment :

Wow what a fantastic experience! I was a first time nervous customer but Cathy and the team made me feel relaxed. The treatment was fantastic and the results are better than I anticipated. Fantastic 5* will be rebooking.

I haven't used The White Room for any beauty treatments which would be obvious if you saw the state of me! so can't comment on the quality of their service, but what I can say is that these guys are very decent people. My daughter lost something quite valuable outside their shop which they found and then kindly packed and posted to our address in Kent. It just proves that there are still good people out there so thank you for your kindness.

This is my third time getting Botox here and staff are very professional. I pre paid for 3 areas but on arrival they only charged me for two and gave a refund as they said I didn’t need it. Very honest and transparent service. I would highly recommend

This clinic is brilliant and Clare is fantastic! I went to her in an emergency, having had a bad procedure elsewhere, she squeezed me in and treated it straight away! She knew exactly what to do to solve the issue and also made me feel so much less anxious about the whole thing. I am so grateful and wouldn’t go anywhere else for  any procedure. She’s got so much knowledge, experience and expertise that you just know you’re  in safe hands!

I have been going to the White Rooms for 3.5 years and this is the only place I would trust with my face. I was recommended by a friend who also, sang their praises before I booked in for an initial consultation when I moved to Liverpool in Autumn 2019. I see Jane for Botox and although she always says it will last 3-5 months, I find that I inevitably get 6 months out of each session. Jane is personable, and listens to each client. She knows I want to be able to move my face and have a more natural look no one ever suspects I have had Botox and tailors my treatments to this. The White Rooms is just a beautiful place and the girls who work there are all fabulous. They all go the extra mile and are a great team. The clinic itself it’s also stunning and as you would expect, scrupulously clean. A pleasure to visit!

I have attended The White rooms for over 2 years and Clare is amazing. The White Rooms is clearly the best in Liverpool.  I have Botox and I am always treated professionally and with care. The staff are all polite and understanding and the rooms are all spotless.  I had filler previously with another company and he used botched filler and my face was in an awful state till Clare rescued me. I am now ecstatic with my appearance thanks to Clare.  I would highly recommend The White Rooms.

I visited the white rooms for the first time today to get some fillers in my lips. From the moment I arrived I had a warm welcome and the clinic is spotlessly clean. I was put immediately at ease by my practitioner and we had a chat while she prepped me for my filler. I had a model clinic appointment so I had two people in with me. Both were so lovely, put me at ease and also had a laugh. I have only ever had fillers with lidocaine and a cannula so I was really apprehensive about how painful it would be. They were both so gentle and it really didn't hurt at all! As a clinical professional myself, they were up to date with latest practices and held the highest of standards with cleanliness and procedure. Overall I will be recommending my friends and family and will definitely be returning in future!
