It was a nice pub for dinner on my trip. Weather was really nice to sit outside. The pork belly I had was delicious. Probably atmosphere was a bit difficult during Covid but I have no comparison prior to that.

Great lunch food, great beer, lovely pub, friendly staff.

Great pub in a small town. If you are ordering food, make sure you go large with the fish and chips! Literally give you an extra fish! Splendid! :D

Had pie of some sort can't remember what kind as I am posting this late that was absolutely fantastic. It's a little pricey for what it is but ultimately would recommend it.

Roast Dinner was very lovely but could of done with more vegetables and the potatoes were hard don't think the potatoes were fresh probably frozen  but the pudding see pic was delicious . Having said that I would visit again, felt safe in this current climate

Good food and friendly atmosphere

Great pub... popped in for lunch, welcoming team and delicious food. Comes highly recommended.
