My mate who seriously loves his whisky brought me along one week to a tasting here around a year ago, despite me having no interest and (I didn't think) any taste for whisky, having been completely ignorant to it. A month later, I had my own membership, and whisky has become a passion of mine. Since joining, I now have a 15+ plus bottle collection and a wealth of knowledge about this wonderful thing, and much of that is down to the wonderful people at this store. Despite living in London and having two stores within 30 minutes away, I still make sure I come to this particular place for my monthly tasting,  the people who work here couldn't be any friendlier/accommodating/more knowledgeable. Thanks to John and his brilliant team!

Was out spending a gift voucher from my daughter bought a bottle of aberlour 12 year old £48 from buchanan galleries next day in Morristons shopping same bottle  £35 what a rip of a whisky shop that should be competitive in prices beaten by my local store I will not be back £13 difference must have thought I was a tourist

I asked for some advice to choose an Island Whisky and was recommended one from Aberdeenshire which I have now realised was very overpriced. A negative experience I will come back to return.

I was in your shop yesterday morning with my brother and sister-in-law who were visiting from South Africa.  We asked the one and only assistant about a certain item and he was very snippy with us and made an unpleasant face behind her back when she turned around.  Just to let you know they had planned on taking some specialist whisky back to SA with them but you definitely lost the sale.  Not good customer service.

Great selection and the customer service  was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and even after we had bought they gave us a further taster just to whet our appetite for the next time we visited. Can't recommend them enough.
