Great experience in The Whisky Shop. Personalised too with 1 customer in at a time during Covid. Really got to look and sample the Whiskies and found a great limited edition small run cask strength Kavalan to take home! Great customer service.

Top quality service I ordered some whisky after checking it was the correct bottle as advertised. Turns out it wasn't. Not only did they honour the purchase price - they were friendly and very helpful. Item dispatched the same day. A lot of companies are not this friendly and corporate sets in. Just wanted to say Thankyou! A little goes a long way. Many thanks!!
I can't recommend this place highly enough! The shop is extremely well stocked but what the real selling point is the staff. They aren't sales people, they're whisky lovers. They will openly spend time discussing the bottles with you and have an extremely good knowledge of all their stock be it for enjoying or saving. The staff don't push towards the higher priced stock if that isn't what you're after, they listen to what you want and guide you to the best and always within budget. I sincerely hope this recommendation gets the recognition the staff deserve. Thank you.

The staff are particularly knowledgeable and were more than happy to have a long discussion with me about each bottle; matching one to my taste and budget and providing options I may not have considered.
