This rating is for the customer service or rather the total non existence of any. Your products are great, but you are going to totally ruin it with your lack of communication and infuriating attempt at customer service. I paid for 48hr express delivery and the items took 4 days to arrive. The fact my parcel arrived at all has come as a relief, and very happy with my purchases. However I sent 2 emails, after a week none have been replied to. Left a message on the head office answerphone as well. No reply. No bueno Craghoppers, give your products the respect, in offering the customer service they deserve.
Ordered jacket online on the 14th January, order confirmed and payment taken. Since then nothing, numerous emails sent which give an automated reply saying a response will be made wihin 72 hours, nothing! Their chat line is not functioning so cannot contact that way either and no direct phone number to be found anywhere. Where is my order please. Resonable request from me and very unreasonable service from Craghoppers. With service like this this company should not be trading online. My ref: 41291966 PS An email was received from Craghoppers asking me to review the jacket ?!!
Order a jacket on 08/12/2022 had confirmation email then heard nothing for 6 days delivery 3-5 days contact customer services via their website. Heard nothing back ! 15/12/2022 contact customer services via on line chat. I was told an error occurred and I would be refunded. Now 17/12/2022 and no refund issued. I've now raised a complaint with paypal ! Terrible customer service avoid at all costs !!
Ordered a click and collect order online to store 11 days ago to avoid the Christmas postal backup, no sign of a dispatch email, and no response to my enquiry email. Took the payment from my bank on day 3. Totally shocking service!
I've used Craghoppers for years but not sure what has happened recently. I ordered 4 items but only received 1. Sent 3 emails but not an automated response even after 7days. Chat functionality doesn't work and no readily available telephone number to use. Once found telephone number you have to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24hours. Not a good customer service. Such a shame as the products are really good and they used to have a customer helpline
Ah yes, the company which cancels your order and doesn't inform you about it. then makes you reorder to yet again cancel it with out any notification I even placed the second order with one of the customer service reps to make sure it was all in stock to then be told a week later after being bounced between people it had been cancelled again. They said I could put it on back order but I would have to pay for it again.
I received a part order and they charged on my credit card for the full amount. I’m shocked! Unbelievable. I’m now going to have to spend time I don’t have to rectify the situation. Their chat is useless and their email even worse. A company I had a lot of respect for - what’s happened!?!?
I recently purchased two virobloc face masks and a viroblock scarf, which can be worn several ways. May I make the following comments which you may wish to consider. The masks are excellent quality and the fabric feels luxurious, however, as they are one size, I have had to make adjustment as it is too.large, maybe you could consider making different sizes. The scarf, again good quality and excellent fabric, but to use as a face covering it doesn't stay in place, perhaps you could consider putting a drawstring on one end, which can be locked into.place. Also perhaps a label or leaflet showing the different ways it can be worn. My comment scare not intended in a negative way, merely to offer suggestions from my perspective. I'm otherwise happy with your product.
The clothing was ordered in time for a birthday present but the usual excuse that they are busier than normal is produced. It should say on the website...Delivery in 5-7 days unless we are busy. Really disappointed
Ordered a number of items online, all supposed to be the same size but wildly different when they arrived. Had to pay over £8 return postage and then the original postage not refunded, so cost me about £12 for... nothing!
