Received a jacket as a gift from the company, which unfortunately was ordered in the wrong size. Phoned the Wetworks and they were extremely helpful, ensured the item was exchanged and a new one delivered very quickly. Very pleased.
Having purchased an inflatable kayak from wetworks that unfortunately developed a few issues, the way wetworks have dealt with me and resolved those issues has been absolutely fantastic. Good customer service is unfortunately a rarity these days but I can honestly say these guys have it in abundance! Highly recommended and thank you for your service!
The bladder on my Sevylor kayak split. I tried a number of places to source a new bladder. I was told the bladder i needed was either not made anymore or out of stock and not available until 2023. Luckily i found The Wetworks. I spoke to Dave he was super helpful, friendly and said he could get a bladder for me. I must admit i was unsure how long this might take. I ordered it on the monday , it arrived on the thursday. Its now in my kayak , blown up and all seems fine. Superb service , would definately use The Wetworks again. 5 stars.
I ordered thinners, primer and anti-fouling paint on a Sunday night a very good price too I might add!. They were despatched on Monday tracking provided via confirmation email and goods arrived well packaged on the Wednesday lunchtime. Can't fault that for service!
I ordered a hob cover on 27 Aug 21, just before the bank holiday. I rang them today and was advised it was dispatched yesterday. Imagine my surprise when it arrived some 2 hours later by DPD. I have had a great experience with The Wet Works and would use again. Noel
The Wetworks sold me a controller that is hard to find. I promptly paid online, including their inflated shipping rate no way an item of this size and weight costs what they charged to ship. They sent me a tracking number. Great, everything is on its way. Except the package never makes it to the shipper, according to the shipper's tracking information. A month goes by and Dave at Wetworks does nothing despite multiple e-mails other than to say it's the shipper's fault. Several times I have asked for either a new item to be sent or a refund and I get nothing in response other than some story about "chasing the shippers." Funny how that works. Given this, I can only conclude that Dave Somers and Wetworks are BAD FAITH actors who are willing to take your money and could care less if you receive your item or not. Avoid at all costs!
Fridge arrived damaged. Ordered oven 3 months late it arrived badly damaged. After highlighting to the Wworks I shall put my experience on social media they send out threat letters. This will be shared online, Terrible service! Go elsewhere
All seemed great till I had an issue with the item after it’s first use. Company said an item was sent to replace the defective one but the name was to someone unknown. At this point contact stopped. After the second use the item was completely unusable and there was no contact from the shop at all, even to get assistance with the warranty. Eventually I had to raise a complaint with trading standards and Sevylor directly who assisted in ensuring the company issue me a full refund for then item. It’s not been received as of yet but I am keeping a close eye and will be seeking further legal advise if not received by Friday.
Ordered an item at 2.30pm, notified of its despatch at 3.15pm, delivered 10am next day. Can not complain with that that service at all. Very happy. Thank you.
great service. needed gas monitor but not the 1/4 valve, David at Wet works was happy to split the order and asjust the price. Product arrived in 2 days. Certainly recommend. Top marks
