I phoned the chandlery to enquire as to whether they stocked PVC paint, and was rudely told by an African individual that they did not have any in stock. Before I could even ask whether she could order it in I was disconnected. I phoned again, and said that there must have been some problem as I was disconnected. I asked whether she would stock it and she said "I do not want to, go somewhere else" and promptly disconnected. At this point, very angry, I phoned up to question her rudeness, and she said that she doesn't know what else to tell me, she said to go somewhere else and she doesn't want the business from me, because she doesn't want money from someone that 'sits around on my backsides all day asking stupid questions'. Now pardon me, but I don't believe that asking if they stock something is rude. I don't expect to be handled in this manner. I would suggest going to another chandlery, there is one in Burnham marina down the road.
