Beautiful building and interior. We went on a Tuesday evening. It was extremely busy and very loud but that was to be expected. I ordered via the app and was served promptly. My colleague however was given the wrong food and had to wait a while before his correct order was served. All in all, for me, very good.
Love the set out with being an old church conversion, cheap pints & food typical of your usual spoons. Sun trap beer garden but made the use of the air con highly recommend
Every now & then you stumble across a Spoons which has the wow factor. Not only is this a great conversion from a former church, the cask beers are well kept and a pleasure to drink. Do make the effort to go to the gents via the pulpit and the upper gallery if you can manage it.
I felt sorry for the staff I say what understaffed considering the bar man was serving and the manager were waiting tables but the vibe was really good in there. The staff were really friendly and chatty. Nothing was above it to them. Asked us if we needed anything else so if you visit in largs, this is the place to go. It's nice it was a great view and sometimes I have to fire on
Well let's be honest, cheap as chips so you get what you pay for I guess, maybe sometimes a hit or a miss but tbh I'll always return as overall the food has never been inedible, so defo value for the coin and I believe the booze is also the cheapest on the high street... So cheap and cheerful guys... If your looking for a quick service and a cheap meal then I would Pop in
