We visited three or four times during our week as my kids wanted to try all the flavours.. everytime we went the lady let them try different ones before deciding and was very friendly. All the flavours we tried were very good

Ice cream looked lovely but it did not it did not taste cheap. Multiple flavours bought.

The ice cream is quite good (not amazing - the waffles however, are very good) but they are very expensive and aren't exactly generous - for example, having "keep your scoop sizes down" written in big letters as an instruction to their staff on the blackboard, and wanting to charge the full cost of a single ice cream (£2.50) just to add an extra scoop onto a waffle... There are much more friendly and generous businesses in Wells selling ice cream that is just as good.

Really great ice cream, my favourite is the Haribo one! Would have been 5/5 but accessibility is a real issue, very small entrance and waiting area so when it gets busy can be very uncomfortable.

The pistachio ice cream (when they have it) is the best I've ever had! The other flavors I've tried so far have also been very tasty.
