Such an amazing little place. Staff are so friendly, helpful and good chat. Even gave us a little tour of the place :) food is delicious and lovely yoga studio!

I popped in for a quick bit, i had the chilli and loved it. Nice sice not too massive but enough to know i won't have it before i try there yoga so perfect size for me an active fully grown human male. Tea was nice service was excellent, friendly staff. It's clean and great advertisement for the yoga which i hope to try soon.
Yoga looks good with lots to choose from beginners to teacher training. Nothing about meditation just breath and movement. I'm going to ask if i can have a look at the facilities.

It is really a nice and cosy place to feel relaxed and grab your favourite veg wraps.They have really nice veggie options like falafel wraps/panini wraps/smoothie.A must try by the vegetarian. I can say about the location as it is located between some industries in watford so a bit out of high street .But otherwise a really cute food place to relax with your friends/colleagues  during your lunch break.

A beautiful and cosy cafe with delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend popping in for lunch or cake (yum!). It’s a little hard to get to without a car, but worth going anyway.
