I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I came in with my sick daughter, who had a high fever, to collect her prescription. We were told to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, they asked again for her name, and then again for the name of the medication she was prescribed.nAfter waiting a total of 45 minutes, they finally told us that they did not even have the medication in stock. It took them 45 minutes just to check their system and realize this. This is completely unacceptable, especially when a child with a fever is waiting.nThere were at least six staff members working, yet the waiting time was extremely long and the organization seemed chaotic. The staff were very unfriendly and showed no empathy for the situation.nWhat makes this even worse is that the pharmacy on the main street handled everything in less than 5 minutes. They checked the prescription immediately and provided clear information right away. The difference in efficiency and professionalism was shocking.nI am very unhappy with this experience and would definitely not recommend this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been a customer of. Prescriptions are laying around on every surface and always a queue of about 6 people that doesnt move fast at any time. I phoned to see my prescription was ready to pick up the day before I went down it took me calling 20 times to get through, I asked this because I have a bad knee and I didnt want to walk down and stand waiting. I got there after waiting over 5 minutes in the queue, I said I was told my prescription was ready and Im here to pick up. The staff member went off - looking in lots of different places, after 10 minutes she says shes having trouble finding it. Then went off again, 10 minutes more and she hadnt come back to me, I then saw her go to lunch! No one told me what was going on. Another 10 minutes later someone came up with a new prescription because theyd lost it AND one of the items was missing. Absolute chaos, wont be trusting them with my details or prescriptions again.

The team at well are absolutely amazing, since my little girl was born we’ve been in regularly for prescriptions for myself and her, they’ve never faulted at being professional, extremely organised and incredible helpful. I’m so grateful to them for always being so accommodating. Elias is also such an incredible pharmacist, always so happy to help any way he can and it’s meant the world to a worried mum! x

I always have a good experience with Well Pharmacy particularly Elia, the Pharmacist, who was kind enough to monitor my blood pressure for 24 hours. He explained the result and it was reassuring. That reading could help save time for my GP or my specialist nurse. I am just greatful because the team are friendly and accommodating. Thank you guys .

Never received a message like i normally do when prescription is ready, so i went in there 3 weeks after prescription was issued by GP.nPrescription was still not ready and the queue was long with about 10 people waiting, people were moaning about the queue and the fact their prescriptions were not ready either. Chaos to say the least
