Service for my wedding dress and the transport was very professional,attentive, personal and pleasant/friendly.Would definitely recommend,especially for wedding cars!A big thanks to the staff at the wedding rooms for helping to make my day special and perfect!!xx

I attended my brothers wedding in March, which was planned by The Wedding Rooms. Everything looked amazing, there were no problems throughout the entire day. Everything was perfect! In the run up to the wedding they were incredibly efficient and organised. They make you feel welcome and there is a great atmosphere in the shop. If I ever get married, I know where I'll be going!

Appalling. Perhaps due to the fact that I only needed bridesmaids dresses, the level of service we received has been unprofessional and uncaring. We chose the shop because it stocked the dresses we wanted and was close to where my maids live. We were so very excited. Our appointment to try them on was at 10am. We were left standing, waiting, and were abandoned while she did other things, with other people, none who had appointments, on more than one occasion. The promise to "match the colour of the ribbons to whatever colour I chose" remains broken. I asked for navy blue - I got sky blue and the eventual suggestion that I "try Liverpool" as she had tried everywhere in Southport. The owner's professional opinion, and the level of service afforded us is sadly lacking. I do not recommend this shop.

Do not go near this place! Terrible service and caused me a lot of upset leading up to my big day and days after!!
