Good food Sunday roasts good value for money but they really shouldn't put over cooked potatoes on the plate. Couldn't even cut them up. We did mention it to the server and manager but got "thanks for your feedback it will be mentioned to the chef" other than that a atmosphere and friendly teamService: 4/5

Lovely little location right next to the steam train station but you cannot hear anything the location is located next to a busy again you cannot hear any traffic sound.  The rooms was massive it was strange to sleep in a king-size bed and I can say wow it was comfortable.  Breakfast very small choice but lovely  This is not a a negative this more of a suggestion we stayed in Room 2 and there was a table under the window if it was me I would put the coffee and tea on the desk and maybe put the chair under the window

We went for a New years eve meal. Could not fault a single dish  , food was fantastic . New manager Adele was so friendly and staff were also great . Will definatley be going in again more often . Was not disappointed at allService: 5/5

Stopped here against my preference over Christmas for dinner 5 people and was pleasantly surprised. The food was much improved.  Revisited 4/2/23 still good.

we booked a table for 2 very last minute at gone 8pm and were greeted pleasantly by a lovely helpful member of staff. We were allocated a nice table bur as it’s summer we decided to eat in the garden which had lots of tables. We had a vegan starter which was made to perfection  quite honestly and the mains was also very nice. Lovely place, obviously a good chef and nice service and very nice setting.  can’t believe we have not been before as we only live down the road ! many thanks we will be back - I recommend this place 100%

The staff were amazing, Georgia was a great host with a fantastic sense of humour and made us feel so welcome! Will definitely be back again, thank you  :-  Food & drinks: Great food and drinks, menu has something for everyone.
