Visited this shop on way back from chesterfield. We knew what we wanted but they didn't have the item in stock, no problem. Decided to look through disposables. Guy one approached telling us the different types of disposables they had. We were left to look. Guy two approached, forgetting about boundaries and personal space he commences telling us how bad they were and that we needed one of these refillable ones with a pod. He thought he knew better than I did about what I wanted. I only wanted a vape pen but he INSISTED that I didn't. I left empty handed, pushy, loud, rude and a know it all. Ooo suits you sir!!!
The knowledge and professionalism from the staff at this vape shop is second to none. Talked me through exactly what I was after and sent me on my way with my new vape in hand after what felt like 5 minutes.

Bought a spring mystery box silver from here. Was surprised at how much you got for what you paid. All the flavours are great so far too. Big fan of the raspberry bubblegum ice cream flavour. Would recommend to anyone who vapes.

Incredible service. They're knowledgeable, only to happy to help no matter the question. Understand the products and able to give advice. Don't push the expensive brands on you just because which makes them super credible in my opinion. First purchase arrived today, boxed and packed with care and arrived in tip top shape. Will absolutely use them again! Check them out and don't be afraid to ask questions, their service speaks for itself.
The very first time I visited The Vapourist I didn't receive very good customer service, the staff seemed very short tempered and stressed but it was late in the day. However, it was just after the first lockdown was easing, I understand a lot of changes had to be implemented, and I can imagine it took its toll on the staff. But, I'm not one to avoid a place after a bad experience so I have been back several times after this and the service has been absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and can have a laugh with them. The prices are good, range is fantastic and it's now the only vape shop I use. Thanks guys!
