Went in to get a bottle of liquid, the girl in the shop sold me a 50ml bottle with a 3mg nicshot, she opened both bottles whilst I was in the shop, put the nicshot in and then threw everything in the bin, in the shop. then when I left and came back to say it was way too strong I was told I can’t change it because I’ve opened it…even though I didn’t open it. The girl in the shop did. I’m not stuck with 50ml of liquid I can’t use. Worst shop and awful customer service!

The Best Vape Shop in Lancashire! I have been going in here since it opened,and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, as are her staff. I want to say that if you want anything vape related,this is the shop to go in.

Amazing shop just been in very helpfull tonnes of variety of original  not fake  merchandise bought the new riot squad flavours in cool bullet shape bottles taste crazy good . My new go to vape store a must visit place for all vapists an easy five stars no drama

Louise and Nicky offer you a wonderful Vape retail experience. They are knowledgeable about product ranges, vape liquid flavour profiles, the art of 'mixology' and  vape devices.  They are well known within the UK vape community as the 'Cheeky Girls'.  Always playful and giggling.

Friendly and verry helpfull and knowledgeable on all products

The shop itself is fine - eliquids are solid and have reasonable prices. The actual mods and tanks I have personally purchased were faulty and were reluctantly returned to the store. It was sad because the products they sell are the new equipment which is great but they were FAULTY which isn't great - quick note is to get your warrenty with the manafacturer as well. Staff aren't exactly knowledgable but are without a doubt friendly. Moderate experience overall.

Good, helpful staff with a wide range of vape products and good knowledge.  Some of the staff are maybe too knowledgeable for someone new to vaping, assuming the customer has more knowledge then they might but if you explain what you're needs are they're all happy to help.

Brilliant, staff know exactly what they are speaking about, having amazing offers, and a brilliant bargain box, if your a vaper you will love this place!!

The people who run this shop really know their stuff. They were very patient with me considering I hadn't a clue what would be the right e CIG for me. I tried possibly 15 different flavors before choosing my favorite. All in all a very pleasant buying experience and shall be using them for all future purchases
