Amazing experience in booths today. Customer service absolutely outstanding. Arrived with my dog in tow, I presumed she wasn't allowed in with me but thought I'd ask just incase. The lady on the till, apologised that she wasn't allowed in with me but was happy to ask another team member to watch her. I took up the offer and a young man followed her from the store outside and happily held me dog until I had finished shopping. I'm shocking with names and forgot them but both members of your team went above and beyond. Thank you very much.

my boyfriend has just been to this booths store as it was the only shop open- he wanted a monster energy drink. he is 21… he got asked for ID which is fair enough as it is challenge 25. the woman behind the till older woman with grey hair told him she cant sell it him after checking his ID as he ‘has to be 25’ i think the staff need to know their policies before selling items in the shop. an energy drink can be sold to over 16s… you dont even have to be 25 for alcohol or cigarettes- yes, check ID and do your job but that is just silly.
