Great place for a walk with lots of different paths. There is a play area for kids, 2 separate enclosed play/training areas for dogs, a duck pond and a skate park. Situated behind the leisure centre, it also has pitches that can be hired/booked for football. There is also a greyhound run. The area has been used for the couch to 5k initiative and also hosts a parkrun. Playground: Great enclosed play area for kids. Dog-friendliness: Two enclosed play/training areas for dogs.
Lots of walks, dog park, pond and play park, what more could you want. Playground: Great playground at the back of the leisure centre. Dog-friendliness: Dog park Picnic area: Have a picnic at the park or take a blanket.
Love Valley for over 30 years but water log in many places when it rains
Beautiful well kept park. Mondays are the exception as the local youngsters do leave a mess, tho this is usually cleaned up pretty quick. Great dog play area, pitches and soft play areas for kids. Fair amount of wildlife. Robbins are a plenty and brighten up the early walks with song. Great for walking and relaxing on benches dotted around the park. Worth a visit. Please be respectful and keep place clean

Good walking or running park. Ok for dogs. Special area for dogs is a nice idea.
Nice small car park, playground and some walk paths
Handy for locals but bring waterboots it's usually flooded in winter so very mucky in the fields they are improving pathways atm and you can walk around the duck pond it's a great walk for dogs as they can run about the river and woodland area
Interesting and varied walks that have bird life and greenery to keep your interest, good parking also.
Nice place to walk dog, even has enclosed dog designated play areas for both large and smaller dogs. Only complaint is it's very muddy and kids play park beside dog areas could do with an update
