Food was great. My family had a lovely time getting together for a pub dinner! Will definitely come again and recommend friends. Service was great, especially from Sophie who served our food.nnJay and Ian were in charge of the kitchen. Frfr the greatest cooks in all the lands, from West Thurrock to Tilbury town.
My friend lived in the area and recommended we go to this pub as he had a fantastic time when he went recently. I thought it was friendly and inviting. I ordered the Caribbean style jerk chicken skewers with chips £10.99. It was good but a bit oily. He ordered the Dopsu no beef burger vegan, £9.49. He said it was really good. There was some live performances in the karaoke portion of the evening. My friend got up and did a duet with one of his work colleagues. This is a nice local pub!
Very noisy, didn't help with karaoke starting, service was bad,x7 people booked in 7.30 told it was 45 min for food! All served at different times,to our table,no tia Maria!no tea ,coffee machine broke!! Waitress was polite n pleasant, good luck for Sunday am going for breakfast with no tea or coffee..
We had a surprise Hen Brunch for my niece. The food was great! Plenty of coffee! And most importantly great service! There was a large group of us and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
The atmosphere was good and the place was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.nFood was a let down and the member of staff that took our food order was poor. He clearly couldn't hear us properly and didn't repeat the order back~ hence it was wrong. We weren't offered a receipt so we're unable to see if what was missing had actually been ordered. One of out party had food poisoning from the Tandori chicken dish which wasn't cooked properly.
