Would highly recommend a visit to The Trading Post. Excellent selection of toys on offer. Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite.
One star is a generous review of this place where the customer service is deplorable. Toy shops are meant to be welcoming. This one had two rude staff who clearly didn’t want us near when we tried to visit. The response is not actually correct as there were about 2 or 3 other people in the shop, and i was not even permitted to stand on the door mat with the dog. There was no intent to enter the shop. I would also add that the service to my son trying to buy Pokémon cards was offhand and unhelpful, resulting in him leaving the shop to make his purchase elsewhere.
Julia could not have been more helpful when we called by in need of a torque spanner to fix our gear lever mid-ride. She refused any cash and you just sensed a really professional outfit big cycle business at rear of traditional toy shop with a friendly customer focused business model. Other customers in the shop were dealt with in the same way. Be sure to pop in and see her when you're exploring around this fantastic cycling country.
Lovely little toy shop, family owned with friendly and helpful staff. Good range of toys, legos, models etc. and even offers skateboards and bike services. However, sometimes the prices are a little high, but completely understandable as its in Kingsbridge. Overall, a very nice shop but i would only recommend for children under 13
Great range of products at surprisingly good prices. As cheap and often cheaper than the chain stores. They always have the latest products in and have a great range for all ages. Friendly knowledgeable staff who will give great ideas if you are stuck for presents. They also have a range of cycle products and bikes including a mechanic who will service or fix your bike.
Lovely toy shop with very helpful and friendly staff I would definitely recommend this shop

A fantastic shop with the owner repairing my bike for free which made a really good start to a week of cycle touring. Thank you so much for your help.
Always a great choice of original toys. Also, if I am stuck for an idea for niece or nephew they never fail to come up with something good!
A absolute treasure trove in the heart of the Kingsbridge! Friendly and helpful with a brilliant bike section.
