Don't have really a good thing to say. It's a totally British place.  Went there at lunchtime
 You stand waiting at the busy bar to order and then they make mistakes at the till ,then you have to look for the condiments to take to your table which is not prepared. Toilets are upstairs so no good for wheelchair people. Would not recommend for kids too many people drinking
 Otherwise very nice location, lovely layout inside and outside and prices are normal. Food was average. I was not impressed.

Very nice place. Though the app wasn't updated and certain items seemed sold out but could be ordered at the bar. Very nice staff and family friendly facilities. Worth a visit.

Just moved to Grantham but been in Tollemache lots of times and usually  quick and efficient service but not last night Sunday 5. 11. 17,  my daughter had reserved a table for 7pm for 7 people and asked specifically  for the large oval table at the top,  it was my teenage granddaughters birthday but lo and behold when we arrived it wasn't reserved at all and had people sat at it looking at menus so obviously just arrived!  We asked at the bar and a woman said she would look but said they'd reserved one at the bottom end which we didn't want as the stairs were an issue for my husband and me!  They never used any initiative to rectify so my daughter and I went over to the two round tables at the side of the oval one and pushed them together!  Problem solved!  Not a sorry in sight!  It was quiet in there last night regards people eating but when the food arrived it was only just warm and we like (as most people like their food to be ) served hot!  We didn't say anything as we didn't want to spoil my granddaughters birthday meal!  Don't know what was wrong with the staff last night but no-one had a smile and couldn't be bothered attitude!

Where to start!!!!!  Shocking customer service is an understatement.....my husband queued at the bar and there bar man served 4 other people before him.... REALLY.... so returned to the table fuming.  My friends where also at the bar and were told to go round the corner as one till wasn't working, said barman continues to serve or her lets say...'regulars' before we complained.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED.

HE as so bloody rude and a smile wouldn't go amiss....
