This restaurant was very clean and well presented. Our visit was a quiet Sunday. The welcome was warm and inviting and all team members were very attentive, polite and professional. Our order was taken in a timely manner and the starters arrived soon after. They were well presented, hot and were full of flavour. (I would recommend the soup of the day, which was butternut on this visit) The mains were equally well presented and again hot and full of flavour. For a predominantly Italian, pizza/pasta restaurant, they do a surprisingly good burger. (I fancied something different)
Overall I would recommend this restaurant for a good quality meal with polite and attentive team members.

This particular Prezzo is excellent - in that the staff are spot on. 

Sadly the company it self let’s down these committed and highly professional staff 

Chicken not British. What a shame. 

No dairy free milks. 

If you’re vegan. Turn around. Not a place for you sadly. 
No vegan desserts. 
Why reprint a menu and make such small effort. 
The Grantham staff in particular are excellent.

We visited Grantham Prezzo last night and had a great meal again. Service was excellent and food quality the same, even though we had the great value 3 courses for £14 meals. Great staff and great restaurant, well worth a visit.

A good meal. Friendly staff. Delicious pizza cooked in a proper oven from scratch. Immaculately clean, including the toilets (up quite a long staircase). Children welcome. Children's menu & high chair. Only criticism is the wait for the food to arrive was on the slow side & when we were there the restaurant was quiet.

Fast service, plenty of tables free. Nice food and good overall atmosphere. Free parking just down the road at a multistory. Can't fault it. Very nice evening meal out
