Visited on a Saturday afternoon/evening when the pop up punk burger van was outside and had a terrific burger. As for the pub, great atmosphere and sunny courtyard with a good selection of ales that are very well kept. Don't be put off by it's appearance - someone here has a sense of humor.nWould love to see the place when they have a band on but not yet had the chance. It's the only live music venue for miles around.

Four of us and our dog stopped on a Sunday afternoon.nStaff very welcoming and helpful. Beer very well kept. Food via Punk Burger pop-up out back which was excellent and eaten in pub.nThis was followed by a game of darts.nExcellent live band in the garden.nNice big garden with plenty of tables and umbrellas.nnWhat more do you want on a Sunday afternoon?nGreat pub!

Best local pub in BoA. Doesn't do food but my god if you like Live Rock/Alternative music then turn up at any weekend. Treat yourself

Proper pub in a somewhat twee and genteel small town.  Lively, beer garden has the aun all afternoon, great selection of drinks.nnStaff and clientele friendly, such a pity we live so far away and only get to visit a couple of times a year.

A typical pub was great to it, so busy on a Saturday afternoon. Was nice sit outside bit dark and sticky on the foot inside.nSold a good selection of drinks at a good price. Car park right next to it, but you do have to pay, around £2.50 for 3 hrs
