One of the receptionists was quite rude and unfriendly.nnI arrived early for my appointment but felt pressured by the receptionist to sign a document without enough time to read it. When I asked for a few minutes, I was told the dentist might no longer have time to see me — even though I was on time. Other patients seemed to be treated more politely, which felt unfair.nnI hope the clinic can improve front desk service so all patients feel treated with respect.
Really lovely staff all round , however my tooth story is different , I had a hole and the dentist couldn’t pull it out as it felt like it was going to break my jaw, so he cut the top off , leaving the bottom of the tooth with hole in my mouth & I’ve now been referred to the dental clinic for extraction which I was informed would be 2 weeks , however it’s been months and I’ve still not had the extraction , so I get pain in my head/tooth/jaw/neck very bad from time to time to the point I can’t do much at all. But overall the staff and everything is great it’s just a shame about my tooth!
Such a lovely dentist with friendly receptionists. Raed and Betty are the dream team. This is the best dentist I’ve ever used . The staff are so caring and take time to answer your questions . I feel very comfortable here.

First time at the practice today and want to say a huge thank you to all the staff for making me and my little boy feel so welcome & accommodating us to make the visit as pleasant and easy as possible. Really appreciated!
