The moment you walk in you're greeted with the smell of the food and it just gets you excited.  The staff are very friendly. Rick was a great waiter and very attentive.  The food, can't go wrong with the food. Plenty of choices to choose from and you can watch it get cooked depending on your seating. Food tastes great and can't complain. Very satisfied with what we ordered.  Dessert was good. The cheesecake had a nice zest to it. And the chocolate cake was a generous serving.

Absolutely delicious fresh food. Super authentic. Fresh. Even the broccoli in the noodles was cooked to perfection.  Bold flavours. Expensive but worth it- good portions  The prawn toast was burnt on one side but I’ve ordered here before and this is the first time- still delicious though

Delicious food and so many tasty items I have never heard of or tried before. I dined with a vegetarian and they were spoilt for choice. We had a lovely time but I would say service was a little lacking. Slow to give us dessert menus and get our drinks orders. The place started very busy and thinned out significantly. Would absolutely return. The loos are also brilliantly decorated!  Vegetarian options: Loads of tasty options for vegetarians and vegans  Parking: Restaurant is located inside a large shopping mall with several floors of parking available as well as nearby open air parking options  Dietary restrictions: They will try to accommodate your dietary needs

They were really busy when we got there in a weekday, but waited half an hour, it was definitely worth the wait! Food was 10/10! The flavours were on point, and the portion sizes were big! Lots to choose from on their menu, from noodle dishes, stir fried and curries. Would recommend and definitely advise booking a table if you’re tight for time.

Haven’t been to Thaikun for a while, but had a great lunch there recently. Position sizes are generous and they have a diverse menu to choose from. Service was good. Some dishes were a little over seasoned with too sugar and salt.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food was delicious and cocktails lovely, the decor of the restaurant gives a immersive experience taking you to Thailand.  I also liked the fact that the owners/mangers and staff were all Asian.  The staff were helpful and friendly. The food can beautifully presented and nice and hot.  If I lived in Southampton I would be at this restaurant at least once a week!!  I highly recommend Thailkun.

****Definitely to keep in mind... Pre-book****  The food is very delicious...worth every penny....we didn't know that we have to pre-book, so we rode bicycles for three and half miles .....we got to know that they are completely booked and not sure how long is the wait time...Gladly we decided to order a takeaway...as we have traveled from far, but seeing how desperate we are one of the staff member was kind enough to accommodate us at a bar table.  Friendly staff , excellent service, food is amazing, washrooms and the premises are very clean. I am not sure what can go wrong..   .. definitely going to Thaikhun if I am traveling again to Southampton  Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options available in most of the dishes  Parking: It is in a mall, so there is lot of parking space.  Dietary restrictions: Every ingredient is clearly mentioned in the menu.

Authentic Thai food, might I dare say! My mouth started watering as soon as the food was served. It's so delicious, it heightens all your taste buds leaving you craving for more. Had a lovely time dining there with an amazing atmosphere and equally amazing customer service. Glad that they have halal options. Make sure to ask your server about it.  Vegetarian options: Halal options also available.

I went with my friend group, the interior of the restaurant is like you've transported to a different country, we had a waitress dressed in red from India and she was very respectful of our dietary needs, the chicken and beef is halal in case anyone wants to know. In terms of the food my friends enjoyed it a lot, personally for me I got street noodles and I didnt really like it all that much, my taste buds did not agree with it but I won't blame the cooks for that but rather my personal preference. I also ordered a virgin pina colada, it tasted nice but there was more ice in it than actual drink. The desert was lovely I had mango sticky rice and it wasn't too sweet but not too bland in taste either. Highly recommend.  Dietary restrictions: They serve halal chicken and beef and have vegan and vegetarian options.
