If you want to be left without hot water for over a month then use this company. I have no choice as it’s my landlords contractor. Iv had 3 days of work and each time they have not bought the correct parts it even turned up. On the 3rd appointment they blatantly lied to me. They knew full well they wasn’t coming and led me to believe they was and then cancelled and the last minute. Iv been without hot water for 4 weeks now they are supposed to be coming on Saturday I suppose they won’t turn up and come up with another excuse Incompetent staff and poor communication at the office. Avoid these if you can.

Told 3 different things by 3 different engineers, left without heating or hot water for almost a week. At first refused to send an engineer out the second time our boiler broke as ‘they were coming next week anyway’. Emailed twice with a complaint but no reply. Avoid.

I would just like to say that Mr guy oneill Did a outstanding job fitting a new boiler and new pipes .And doing it alone .he was a very pleasant guy. Who works to a high standard .And clean up after himself ..massive well done guy .And worked though his lunch .What a man TSG thank u

Requested an emergency call out due to no heating or hot water and they were here within the hour, the engineer was friendly and polite. The previous engineer was also really helpful with explaining how the boiler works and helped me set up my central heating settings. Great staff, thank you

TERRIBLE SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I was seen by a gentlemen by the name of Chris who was the supervisor. He was very rude and also answering personal calls while checking my boiler and his customer service was shocking!
