As someone undertaking an home extension, I do not understand why you wouldn’t use Accreditus. Free, sound advice instantly on hand and up to date reviews on builders to inform your decision making. Very happy with our finished extension, done through a builder who we found through Accreditus. 100% recommend.
Accreditus are able to share a wealth of useful information when it comes to building projects and associated professionals. They are helpful and knowledgeable, with valuable guides and research.
This company is very professional and experienced. They are efficient, responsive, courteous, very knowledgeable and have given me excellent advice about my proposed loft conversion and kitchen extension. They also gave me good tips on how to negotiate more effectively. I fully recommend them and would not hesitate whatsoever to use them again. Thank you Simon!
Accreditus provided helpful and practical advice with no obligation to use their tradesmen. Builders are required to provide detailed contracts and Accreditus ensure that they stick to them. We did have a few issues with the building work but Simon was very supportive and played a key role in getting these resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending them, it’s a particularly helpful service for customers like me who know very little about the building trade and what to expect from tradesmen.
We first saw Accreditus at the Build It Show in Kent were we had an informative chat about our project and how their service can be of help to us. We then exchanged details and one and a half weeks later we have had three builders visit us to survey and prepare a quotes for our project. We must point out that the builders we have seen so far seem very professional. At present we are waiting for the quotes to come in. So far it's been a good experience for us both. One of the reasons I chose my builder was the reassurance that the builder met minimum standards in order to be approved by The Accreditus.
