Story

The Swan Hotel has been at the heart of the Billingham community since 1940. Generations of families have visited the establishment over the past 70 years since the doors were first opened; we endeavor to continue this long standing tradition, as well as welcome new faces into the community family of the Swan.

Swan Pub
The Swan Hotel is comprised of three main rooms, ‘The Public Bar’ ‘The Lounge’ and the fabulous ‘Swan Ballroom’. Each room has its own unique look and feel and can be hired for any occasion.

Having the choice of three rooms means that we can literally cater for any size function no matter how big or small - we can also cater for any type of function including Weddings, Birthday parties, Christenings, funerals and charity events to name a few.

As well as being available for function hire, our venue as a whole puts on a wide variety of entertainment including top flight bands & show-comedy evenings, Karaoke and disco’s, making us Billingham's premier entertainment complex.

At The Swan Hotel we want every customer who joins us to have both a memorable and enjoyable experience, to achieve this we aim to deliver the highest - level of quality service from our friendly and experienced staff and management team.
