Having never been here been here before, I was very impressed with the whole experience. Excellent staff. Excellent coffee. Cleanliness of the whole place was phenomenal including the bathrooms. I highly rated a venue if the bathrooms are kept immaculate. Great experience. Will go back again.

Very good coffee and helpful staff. I only gave three stars because I was expecting a vegan cake option but none were available Sunday.  On a previous visit my partner brought me home a great vegan lemon cake and we visited specifically because of this. It's a shame they were not consistent in this particular aspect.

Nice little place with some good treats. I would have given 5 stars if the choices of cakes and biscuits was a little more diverse. Nice coffee. Would definitely recommend for an afternoon snack and catch up.

Disappointed at how high the prices are for food and drinks incl. +50p for soya milk!, no discount for reusable cups etc. Food looks good and service is great but lower prices of other cafes would draw me away.

We have our breakfast there every time we go to Cheltenham. Nice food, clean, pleasant staff. Lovely coffee beans used in their Americano, recommend their scrambled eggs on toast, sausage butties and especially their poached eggs on white toast.

Pleasant and individual eating place in the heart of Cheltenham.  Big windows give view of historic Promenade. Good coffee and distinctive range of non-standard cakes. Wifi.
