One of the best surgery's I've been to, staff are really friendly and professional.
The worst GP practice that I have ever set foot in! The receptionists are rude and incompetent, give misinformation to patients. Advance practice nurse is terrible. A real old jobsworth! Doesn’t have a clue, and hasn’t any people skills whatsoever. In need of retirement desperately. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Apparently the flu "clinics" have finished. Those in the know have had their shots. For the rest of us not in the exclusive club forced to go elsewhere for treatment.
After two days of trying for an appointment I contacted the surgery once again, I spoke to a lady call Louise who couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you so much.
A big thank you to all the staff and district nurses who were so caring supportive and professional during the last few weeks.
I don't understand how such an incompetent receptionist can behave so poorly for such a long time and still keep their job, or not at least be trained better.
We want to thank the Dr's Nurses and all the staff at Kington surgery for all their care and help over the last few months.
Large local Medical practice , not too busy when I attended . ,
Any one can have sick notice with out seeing doctor... free
