Me and my family have had fabulous service and support from Kington Medical Practice over several years, we’re really grateful for the team there.
Always a pleasure to visit, staff are friendly, had injections this time, they wanted us to book but they were running about an hour behind, other than the wait, everything was run smoothly, all staff were helpful.
The worst GP practice that I have ever set foot in! The receptionists are rude and incompetent, give misinformation to patients.nAdvance practice nurse is terrible. A real old jobsworth! Doesn’t have a clue, and hasn’t any people skills whatsoever. In need of retirement desperately.nAVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Would be 5 stars if they kept to appointment times. Always have to wait 30-40 minutes over; it is not respectful of patient's time.
One of the best surgery's I've been to, staff are really friendly and professional.
