Is one star because there is no option for ZERO star as the doctors in this surgery they have ZERO qualifications and they are very rude with patients as well. When we complaint about their service the answer was "if you are not happy you can change your GP". Also they don't care about the patients at all. Disgraceful that is!
Not a good GP practices to register with unless you’re desperate. No matter how many times I requested 5 them to update my patient record with medication I’m allergic to I was persistently told it will be done and it was never done. Its now an issue when I access other health services.
Not a very good surgery if you are dropping off elderly people with mobility issues as parking is zero.
Worst Gp in all over Coventry, they always recruit F grade Doctors, who don't know what they are doing, some of them were sacked from the medical profession and are under supervision and some of them came back from a long suspended for years. The Receptionist is rude and always treats in discriminatory way for the minority patients whom English is not their first language. I hope the Watchdogs would closely investigate this GP
Worst GP going. Anytime you ever try to see a GP, reception claim you aren't a patient, get you to fill in a heap of forms, and then do the same again. Would not recommend if you ever actually need a doctor.
Strange surgery. Very rude reception staff. they managed to write out our hole family, even when my wife was still going to the midwife there. Of course they decided it was my fault??? Normal time for an appointment is about 2 days for kids And when I needed a appointment for my sick son after 2 days they told me that I did not have an appointment, I went to the Pharmacist instead. He is nice and have always time for us When Dr. Mc Alpine was still there, they were a lot more nice.
Husband had appointment there at 2.30 with nurse as he was told to see her after he had finished the emergency pack he was prescribed got there at 2.20 told receptionist said take a seat 2 other people came in with later appointments at 3.30 he asked again and receptionist.was extremely rude she made a mistake and didn't admit it just was shocked when said he wanted to complain then was told to come back and get a complaints form ots disgustingly that somebody who isn't professional can call themselves professional and work in what's meant to be the caring profession 10 stars for your rudeness
For 30 years I had the same 2 GPs & my family benefited from their outstanding personal service that only a small surgery can offer. Sadly, due to retirements, takeovers, government restrictions and targets,my trusty local surgery is losing it's identity. Shirley reception& Dr.Sharma have been a fantastic constant support over the years. If it wasn't for the receptionists knowledge of my personal circumstances & empathy for my health issues, I would find a surgery nearer to my own location.
Very poor quality of services, I’m very happy I’ve moved from them... When you are asking for some medical advices or services , you feel guilty doing that and is about them attitude... I don’t even know how they run that place ? Receptionist very rude I was about to ask her if is difficult to be polite ? I was thinking CQC should visit them !!!
Luckily I have private medical insurance, however I still need to visit this surgery for prescriptions and referrals. Worst surgery I've ever used - the reception staff seem to be overly rude and unhelpful. Never have I met such unempathetic and bad toned customer facing individuals.
