Beautiful place with wonderful staff. Place is always packed. Delicious food especially the pizza. My group were seated in the canopy part, but it's well heated and comfy. Will definitely be back!
Great place to stop, take in the views and have a nice meal. Wonderful choice of food and drinks. Good portions made and presented very well. Very good parking and access. Can get busy around usual meal times, but plan carefully and you'll stroll straight in. Amazing prawn sandwich, great sauce. Good prices and a better environment, better parking, better views, and nowhere near as pretentious than Brodie Countryfare.
Went twice in a day must be good! Breakfast roll was packed and leek and tattie soup was delicious. Back later for fish and chips and cakes. All great too. Good service and beautiful spot outside.
Tons of seating, friendly staff and lovely food. It's a great spot for brunch and picking up some local goodies.
Good place to rest and eat. Very good and tasty food fish and chips, Kiev. Staff very helpful, there tabels inside and outside. Pet friendly place.
Beautiful place to visit, with outstanding food, fantastic customer service and a picturesque location.Food: 5/5
This was the most disorganized experience that if you didn't laugh you would cry. If we weren't wedged behind barriers in the half hour long que we would have left. 4 members of waiting staff standing behind the till because only one person could take the orders. The kids pizza at £9 was tasteless, over priced and not worth the wait for 30minutes. We ordered the kids pizza, 2 cokes, 2 teas and 3 cakes which came to £40. One of the cakes had a taste of fish, which the waitress dismissed. Not a great experience. The grounds and the area at thew water were beautiful. I regret not seeing the outdoor area first as there was a bbq
Always exceptional food and choice, love the atmosphere, expect a queue at lunchtime as its super popular, shop is great for gifts and nice treats too. Nice clean toilets and just a super place to stop off! Especially love in summer time when the outside seating is available and the big tent is up!Food: 5/5
My first visit to The Storehouse, not my Mum's, who recommended a visit. There seemed to be a constant influx of people and I was told this was a quiet day. It shows the popularity and I can see why. I chose a pizza which was delivered in a box and tided me over for the evening at home too. The pizza was great, on a par with any good Italian restaurant. Watching other dishes being transported to tables I realised there was an enticing array of options, even for a vegetarian like me. The cake selection really isn't fair, I'm not sure how you're meant to leave without indulging. So a few extra takeaway items accompanied us home. The Storehouse is in a lovely setting with great views. The staff and service couldn't be bettered. The easiest 5 star review ever. Vegetarian options: There wasn't a huge choice on the lunch menu, very much fish and meat eater dominated. However, there's pizza, sandwich, baked potatoes, quiche and other options. Plenty of choice.
The view is great, the service was fantastic. Very friendly and efficient. However the pancakes were the worst we have ever had. All pancakes were dry to the point we couldn’t finish them.
