A yummy breakfast with nice thick cut bacon and black pudding was delicious don’t like the ramekins for the beans and toms. It was a little chilly in the main room which made the breakfast not as hot as I would like. Lovely setting in the old station with chase water next door for a 3 mile walk/run too. Would have been 5 stars if plate/ room was hotter

Nice cafe with seating indoors and out. We managed to go when the steam train was in the station so we got to see that take off, too.  Station cafe has big breakfasts, rolls, teas, coffee, and everything that is filled with sugar for kids - everyone is happy.  Vegetarian options: Veggie breakfast available  Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here

Lovely coffee shop. Served hot and cold food, a great place to break a journey for a break

Spotlessly clean but the staff really could do with a lesson in smiling.. truly miserable.  Latè was lovely,  had a toasted tea cake that looked as though it had been shown the outside of the toaster... ‍Food: 2/5

Had to wait 40 minutes for a sausage and egg baguette and when it arrived it was on a sandwich instead.  I didn't want to wait for it to be remade so I ate it anyway.  Made with the cheapest bready sausages ever.  Won't be having that again.Food: 1/5

Sorry but not a patch on previous visits .Have the proprierters changed?Chopped tomatoes, not grilled cold beans and smaller portions . Lost the personal service. I am a local and won't go again.

A great little find on the chasewater. Situated on a old train platform with some beautiful views.  Great food, reasonably priced and nice coffee.  Staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
