The whole team are incredibly supportive; from the moment I walked in the door I've had nothing but fantastic support, understanding and brilliant care. I've had quite a lot of treatment, each bit has been explained and I've been able to ask questions, even the silly ones. Shame had stopped me getting my teeth sorted but never at any point did I feel judged, just hopeful that they could get sorted.

Called in to remove 2 stiches from a tooth, receptionist says "their dentists are not qualified to simply remove stiches"... Unbelivable, really says a lot about this practice!

I hadn't been to the a dentist or hygienist in 5 years and had built up a bit of a phobia. However all the staff were so polite and professional I felt at ease. I don't usualy bother writing reviews but I feel like its' very well deserved in this case. Everyone from the receptionists to the oral practitioners were kind enough to answer all my questions and provide me with easily understandable information.
Honestly the only time in my life that I have looked forward to going back to an establishment due to top notch equipment and training not to mention friendly staff.
Also they have TVs in the dentist chairs so if u don't want to listen to what they have to say you can just watch sponge bob.

My wife recommended these guys after she had a number of treatments there, which all turned out better than expected, with great support from the dentists, nurses and other staff. At a previous dentist I had a few terrible (actually horrific) experiences, which really put me off ever going back to any dentist - but Staines Centre of Dental Excellence changed all of that with a sensitive and supportive approach. They treated me with respect, explaining everything in the detail I wanted,  which previous dentists hadn't had the courtesy to do. I saw several different specialists and they are totally worth the money. Anmol is awesome as is their Hygienist (who's name escapes me- sorry!) who provide great advice and support during the procedures.

I've been a patient with this dentist for many years. Everybody who works there is very friendly and cheerful. I had lots of work done over the years, including an implant, and can't praise the dental work enough. They have always taken good care of me and I have now the best teeth of my life. Highly recommended!
